Our Leadership

One thing you will quickly learn from Garry Castro, Logisticorp’s CEO, is this: The Logisticorp team is driven by this principle:

“Customer satisfaction determines our fate. Execution is everything.”

While execution is critical, he believes that it’s only as good as the people responsible for addressing client needs. He admits that he alone isn’t responsible for Logisticorp’s success; it takes a well-rounded team!

Castro also credits Logisticorp’s success to the company’s small, but effective diverse senior management, who has supported the firm’s evolution. Thomas F. Thacker is the newly appointed president and chief operating officer as of May 2018. He leads Logisticorp’s core businesses in transportation and supply-chain management. Most recently, Thacker was vice president of business support and operations. He has more than 20 years of experience in both finance and operations, allowing him to ensure the firm’s financial vibrancy and continued longevity. He joined the company in 2007 as an accounting manager, and through the years, assumed increasing levels of responsibility in support of Logisticorp’s evolving lines of business.
