Garry Castro is a seasoned business leader with over 25 years of experience. As President and CEO of Dallas-based Logisticorp Group, he brings vision and expertise, with focus on quality service and customer satisfaction. Under his leadership, Logisticorp Group has received multiple awards, including two Global Supplier Excellence Awards. In addition, Garry has served on multiple nonprofit boards including the DFW Minority Supplier Development Council for ten years and Chair of the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
Amy Salazar-Hilborn joined Logisticorp in 2008 as the Director of Accounting and today is the first minority female executive and first female President at Logisticorp. She has over fifteen years experience managing across accounting/finance, auditing, quality, compliance, warehouse management and HR management across multiple company entities in a matrixed organization. Amy is a nonprofit board member, and a Logisticorp representative for ESG and DEI. She holds a degree in Accounting from Texas State Technical College and a Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Next Jump Leadership Academy.
Roland Rivera currently holds the position of Senior Director of Operations at Logisticorp. His role involves overseeing multifaceted projects, collaborating closely with clients, and ensuring seamless coordination among various departments. He adeptly handles warehouse inventory, transportation logistics, and fleet management for daily deliveries in North Texas. His responsibilities extend to establishing operational policies, managing budgets, hiring, providing operational leadership, and fostering positive engagements with both employees and customers. Before joining Logisticorp, Roland held extensive roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, including managing product engineering, leading SWAT teams for issue resolutions, and contributing to the setup of factories across the US, SA, China, and Europe. Roland holds a Bachelor of Applied Studies in Management from Our Lady of the Lake University, and an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Science from Texas State Technical College.

Joanna Pozos is a highly skilled professional specializing in Human Resource Management, Payroll, and Compliance.. Since joining Logisticorp Group in 2021, Joanna has become a linchpin in ensuring the seamless operation of employee compensation, compliance, and data management for a workforce exceeding 60 individuals. Leveraging advanced software tools, she meticulously ensures that compensation and deductions adhere to all legal requirements. Her responsibilities extend to overseeing payroll, 401k, and DOT deductions, conducting annual audits to uphold financial process integrity, and consistently reviewing and updating company policies and handbooks. Joanna's previous role was with Irving ISD, where she managed 20+ departmental budgets, oversaw data for over 300 students and families, and efficiently handled payroll for 50+ staff members. Joanna holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Grand Canyon University.
With an impressive 30 years of experience in Software assembly, warehouse distribution, transportation, and personnel management, Alex's unwavering commitment lies in fostering a successful and enduring business partnerships, while ensuring the fulfillment of corporate objectives. Throughout his tenure, Alex's dedication to excellence has led to a remarkable 90% On-Time Delivery score for products across all his major contracts. His contributions extend beyond day-to-day operations as he actively participates as a valued member of multiple management committees and bi-yearly team. Alex and his team continuously raise the bar for excellence with their proactive, safety-conscious mindset and relentless commitment to continuous improvement.
