Garry Castro is a seasoned business leader with over 25 years of experience. As President and CEO of Dallas-based Logisticorp Group, he brings vision and expertise, with focus on quality service and customer satisfaction. Under his leadership, Logisticorp Group has received multiple awards, including two Global Supplier Excellence Awards. In addition, Garry has served on multiple nonprofit boards including the DFW Minority Supplier Development Council for ten years and Chair of the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Amy Salazar-Hilborn joined Logisticorp in 2008 as Director of Accounting and currently serves as the company’s first female President and first minority female executive. With over 25 years of cross-functional leadership experience, she has led teams across accounting and finance, internal audit, quality assurance, compliance, warehouse operations, and human resources within complex, matrixed organizations.
Amy is known for her collaborative and people-centered leadership style, emphasizing transparency, accountability, and continuous development. She fosters high-performing, inclusive teams by empowering individuals, championing innovation, and aligning operational excellence with strategic vision. Her leadership has been instrumental in driving cultural transformation and operational growth at Logisticorp.
She serves on multiple boards including DFW Minority Supplier Development Council and represents as Logisticorp’s principal representative for leading initiatives that strengthen organizational integrity, foster inclusive excellence, and support sustainable, performance-driven outcomes aligned with the company’s strategic goals. Throughout her career, Michelle has successfully led the implementation of automated payroll systems, significantly improving processing accuracy and efficiency. She has also developed and enforced compliance protocols that have consistently passed internal and external audits with zero findings. Her leadership has contributed to improved employee retention and engagement through the rollout of targeted onboarding programs and wellness initiatives.

Since joining Logisticorp Group in 2021, Joanna has become a linchpin in ensuring the seamless operation of employee compensation, compliance, and data management for a workforce exceeding 60 individuals. Leveraging advanced software tools, she meticulously ensures that compensation and deductions adhere to all legal requirements. Her responsibilities extend to overseeing payroll, 401k, and DOT deductions, conducting annual audits to uphold financial process integrity, and consistently reviewing and updating company policies and handbooks. Joanna's previous role was with Irving ISD, where she managed 20+ departmental budgets, oversaw data for over 300 students and families, and efficiently handled payroll for 50+ staff members. Joanna holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Grand Canyon University.
